Operator: Greetings, and welcome to the Kulicke & Soffa fourth quarter 2025 earnings call. At this time, all participants are in a listen-only mode. It is now my pleasure to introduce your host, Joe Elgindy, Senior Director, Investor Relations.
Joseph Elgindy, Senior Director, IR: Thank you. Welcome, everyone, to Kulicke and Soffa's Fiscal Fourth Quarter 2025 Conference Call. Lester Wong, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, also joins me on today's call.
Non-GAAP financial measures referenced today should be considered in addition to, not as a substitute for, our GAAP financial information. GAAP to non-GAAP reconciliation tables are included within our latest earnings release and earnings presentation, both available at investor.kns.com.
Lester Wong, Interim CEO & CFO: Kulicke & Soffa reported fourth-quarter net revenue of $177.6 million, above our expectations, with net income of $6.4 million, representing EPS of $0.12 per fully diluted share, and non-GAAP net income representing non-GAAP EPS of $0.28 per fully diluted share.
The quarter reflected continued execution as we navigated the tail end of the cyclical downturn, with gross margin of 45.7% for the quarter. For the first quarter of fiscal 2026, we expect net revenue to increase by approximately 7% sequentially, with improving demand signals in general semiconductor and continued momentum as we prepare to support customers' capacity requirements.
We remain focused on disciplined execution, strengthening our balance sheet, and positioning Kulicke & Soffa for the upturn ahead.
Q (Demand/inflection): What are you seeing in demand as you look into fiscal 2026, and what gives you confidence in the sequential increase?
A (Lester Wong): We are seeing improving demand signals, particularly in general semiconductor, and we are guiding fiscal Q1 revenue up about 7% sequentially. Customers are beginning to prepare for higher capacity requirements, and we remain committed to broadening our market reach in parallel.
Q (Gross margin): How should we think about the margin trajectory into fiscal 2026?
A (Lester Wong): We delivered a gross margin of 45.7% in the fourth quarter. As volumes recover and mix improves, we expect margin expansion through the year, supported by disciplined cost management and the operating leverage of the model.
KLIC (Kulicke & Soffa) โ Q4 FY2025 (November 20, 2025). In-line/beat close to a down year; Q1 guide +7%; stock ~flat to slightly lower (-0.8%) on the day.
